My father had a severe traumatic brain injury, and he was treated at this hospital under the care of Dr. Sunil Panchal, who performed life-saving neurosurgery. The hospital has skilled and approachable neurosurgeons, and throughout his treatment, we experienced a high level of professionalism, compassion, and clarity in communication. The entire medical staff -- from the ICU to the general ward -- was supportive and transparent at every stage of the treatment. Their guidance gave us strength during a very difficult time. My father is now steadily recovering, and we're extremely grateful for the care he received. I would strongly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of critical neuro care, especially in serious brain injury cases.

My patient was admitted in GNRC hospital North Guwahati in private cabin under doctor Chinmoyee Sonowal and got operated (TAH+BSO) on 6/8/24... After the operation my Patient Was shifted to private cabin. During my Stay I got excellent nursing Care service even the housekeeping services were got and they have co-operated well. Even the floor manager they has cooperated and they have helped us in all the procedures.. At a very low cost charges as compared to other hospitals (5000/-) only we got Ac room, Tv, attendent bed and clean hygienic separate Washroom is provided in every room including doctors charges, nursing charges, housekeeping charges etc... I had a deeply painful experience at GNRC Medical, North Guwahati. My father was admitted to the ICU here. Before admission, he was in a relatively stable condition, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. From what I observed, many of the nurses appeared unprofessional and possibly undertrained. Their approach to patient care did not inspire confidence. I strongly feel that negligence and lack of proper attention from the nursing staff played a significant role in the deterioration of my father's condition. Sadly, I lost him during his stay at GNRC, and I cannot help but believe that better care might have made a difference. This experience has left me heartbroken and extremely disappointed in the quality of care provided at such a reputed medical institution.
