Dr. Solace Hospital, BOC Goalpara Town

I have given 3 stars because of Well Infrastructure but i am sorry to say the Doctors are not well in treatment, they are overconfident, which is very bad . ICU conditions are very bad and staff behavior is not at a level. Never goes for injury and accidentally treatment who needs ICU support and any other surgeries. I think this hospital has no advance equipment for better treatment, they need only money from the patients.

Doctors are well experienced, nursing staffs are very helpful, canteen condition and hygiene is very poor and its not suitable for the hospital infrastructure,parking fecility is very limited,Cleanliness not well maintained in the hospital ( you can blame the stupid gutka eaters). Affordable hospital rates.

Horrible experience. I personally recommend not to come here better to go to a govt. Hospital. 3rd class service. -10/10

Rating is for the Nurse we got in Night Duty..!! The Doctor I Consulted for my 3 years child named Dr. Jyotirmoy Das is very nice, experienced, friendly ,helpful, good behaviour etc. but some particular nurses we got are not very helpful and rude behaviour, we can say it hopeless.. They just don't want to communicate with parents and the hopeless behaviour i got, my Child got high fever at around 4.30 am so I called them for checking my child's temperature and one nurse came only with thermometer who was very sleepy and angry as because I woke them up. She put the Thermometer in my child's armpit and went to sleep again but didn't come back to check the reading of thermometer timely as she went to sleep again..After 10mins that particular nurse came and checked the Thermometer very angrily and says it's only 98'c..wtf she got the wrong reading..my Child got High fever suffering from allergic reactions and viral fever and always gets 100'c to 103'c reading.. actually she was sleepy and angry and behaviour was very rude and I just gave paracetamol to my Child and got relaxed from fever.. Solace please don't keep those type of staff..It's very risky.. Doctors might be good but becomes bad,risky, serious only because of nurses and patient might get in trouble Only because of those nurses and your rating will be down always.. N.B: Solace Please Give Nurse's Individual rating sheet to the patient on daily basis so that the do their duty properly and it will be very helpful for you Hospital.

Nice but expensive . Nurse are good helpfull in somecase. Somehow hospital is clean and the Hospital Housekeepers are very friendly and helpfull. There is also a canteen facility. (All staff and members are not same few are with attitude.)

The hospital has improved a lot, but the staff is absolutely disgusting, they are not on any skill, They don't know how to treat a customer(patient) specially on counter.

Good hospital in Goalpara. Ambulance service is available. Environment is clean and hygienic. It's near Axis bank in BOC. The canteen is also good. Overall a pretty good hospital in Goalpara town. Blood bank is also there.
