Whenever I fall sick -- whether it's a throat infection, cold, or any ENT issue -- just seeing Dr. Tinku Moni Borah makes me feel better instantly. His presence is so calming and his behavior so kind that it brings peace of mind even before the treatment begins. He genuinely listens to every concern without rushing, and that means a lot to a patient. What I truly appreciate is that he explains everything clearly -- what the problem is, why it's happening, and how the treatment will work. His medications and treatment plans are always effective. Every time I've consulted him, I've started feeling better within just 2-3 days. He doesn't just treat the illness, he also gives helpful tips on how to prevent it in the future -- whether it's diet, lifestyle, or general care. His behavior is extremely polite, respectful, and patient-friendly. You can feel that he cares about the well-being of every person who walks into his clinic. I can honestly say that Dr. Tinku Moni Borah is the best ENT specialist in Duliajan. If you're looking for a doctor who gives the best treatment and also treats you with kindness and respect, he is the one. Doctors like him are rare these days.

Disgusting I have been waiting with my Dad from an hour the Doctor is So slow, people r all standing outside n saying what's the doc doing inside the doctor even locked the door, it's a worst hospital experience as people standing outside r suffering n also not following corona rules like no 1 maintaining social distance. I feel like I may get corona just by waiting outside. Also I will put a picture where people will b all together to get inside the doctor room. If so small things takes so much time think if it's anything big what will happen? Pure waste of time, people trying to enter all at a time. Some people asked what's going on reply was observation is done slowly. There is no system at all. A small shop work would b much more systematically. Still waiting as my dad said in Hindi choro yaha yahi chalta hai.. Just think what is happen if u suffer from a major issue what this hospital will do
It was very positive experience since admission till discharge... Nursing staff and nursing students are excellent and dedicated & they are very sweet and caring... Doctors are professional and gave confidence to the patients. Hospital is maintained excellently... Great job everyone who provide health .
I visited three different times The prescribed medicines, which are not at all available in Duliajan. Finally paracetamol tablets only received for 20. To get these tablets I had to pay 50 as Reg fee, 50 as consultation fee, and 200 to the doctor who prescribed. It happened all the three times. Then Why the .doctor prescribing? Are they not getting payment? Or because of other state person , they are taking bribe..??
Today I admitted my wife and 5 days old son and I was the only attendee for them. I went out to have a cup of tea and while I was coming back the security personal stopped me mentioning that male attende is not allowed to stay. If that was the case, your policy should be very clear and loud officially. This is simply disgusting. It's disheartening to encounter subpar healthcare services, and any form of gender bias in hospitals is unacceptable. Such situations compromise patient well-being and undermine the principles of equal and respectful treatment. Advocacy for improved standards and inclusivity is crucial in fostering a healthcare environment that prioritizes everyone's health without discrimination. I will find out the top level escalation and will report for sure by any means possible.
Although all doctors are not Same but Dr. Pranjal Pratim Sarma known as PP Sharma is literally a mentally ill person. I don't know who has approved his license that he is mentally fit. A man with lot of useless proud and rudeness. He actually don't know how to behave with patients. He shows the consequences of clashes between him and other doctor. Not even ex retd. Medical officer is spared, he spoke very rudely to her. And also told "Moi apunak nasao" is this the waY you speak to yoUr patient? How rude you are peculiar tyPe of person. I hope this comment should look by All. And reach to you Dr. PP Sharma , Oil India Limited or Hospital is not your paternal property. You can't deny any refer. If the patient feels unsafe with you for your nature, then sorry sir you can't stop them. Its your behavior how you approach to patient.
Poor staff, poor treatment.... Specially the dentist Dr.Navneet Swargiri is so rude and his behaviour is also very bad with his patients. He has no time to see what actually happened to the patient...what type of dentist he is.... it's better to go to private dental clinic. He don't deserve one star also.
