I would like to sincerely thank the sisters and doctors at the hospital for their care and support. The nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, no matter the time of day. Their patience and compassion made a huge difference in the healing process and the doctors were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They provided the right treatment and constant encouragement, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. I am truly grateful for the dedication, teamwork, and humanity shown by the entire medical team. Thank you for making such a difficult time easier with your care and kindness.

Stayed there for Gallbladder surgery of my wife. Overall experience is quite good and different then others, as I found the environment quite friendly. Nurses are caring and responsive. Management is helpful.

I have recently been to the hospital and experienced the hospitality and treatment facilities provided by the doctor, nurses as well as the stubs members have been very great. I would particularly like to share my experience with Dr. Ankit Ray ( since he was the doctor I went to), He was very kind and patient with his treatments. He would even go through length to make his patients understand the problems and the situations that they are facing. He was seriously one of the best doctor I have met till now. The experience I have at swastha hospital dibrugarh has been very good... Consulting doctors are very easy and the most interesting part of admitting at this hospital is that you will get verry hard working Doctors and nurses... Both the Day and night duty nurses are always available to assist you whenever you ring the bell or call out for help... Had a great time and fully satisfied with the services provided

A Lifesaving Team My experience at this hospital was exceptional, thanks to the dedicated staff. Mr. Shakil Ahmed was professional and supportive. Atlanta Mam was a blessing with her care. Ankit Sir provided clear guidance. The critical care doctors were lifesavers, displaying unmatched skill and dedication. The nurses were attentive and the ward boys & cleaners ensured a hygienic and welcoming environment. And ofcourse special thanks to counsellor Mam for guiding us in every way possible & Dietician Mam for providing a healthy diet chart keeping in mind the minute details of the patient I'm deeply grateful for this amazing team! The only issue I faced is that the outfit of the patient was misplaced in ICU and despite repeated requests no proper communication was provided to me which would have been easily traced in CCTV footage Patient name- Chandra Nath Baruah Cabin no- 206 Areas of improvement: Toilet facilities for attendants in each floor, Sitting arrangement near ICU, Dedicated Canteen facility etc.

My father was admitted last year for hart related issue . Its been almost one year experience with this hospital. I have seen many positive changes arround here. Like parking , attended washroom, response of staff and some new department for our better experience. Its a good experience for us.

My uncle was admitted at Hospital for about 9 days, surgery was done very successfully and safely. Right from admission formalities, the rooms and the overall facilities and the doctors, especially Dr. Reza, Dr. Ankit and Dr. (Forgot the name) were excellent. They were very calm, patiently answered his trivial questions without hesitation and made it a point to explain every course of treatment that was undergoing. The support staff deserves a mention. They were equally supportive in making our hospital stay as comfortable as possible.The comfort, care provided was excellent. We experienced homely care during our hospital stay. Ward Incharge Miss. Lego was excellent in her service, I thank her for all the help she has given during the stay in the hospital. It is very nice to see such a friendly environment right from OPD to In-patient.We express our extreme gratitude to the entire Swastha Hospital team. Thank you team Swastha for all the support, care and the empathy given to the patient.

Recently I had been here for myself and my husband's routine check -up. The hospital facilities are very good enough for a homely stay. The behaviour of the doctor attending us, Dr. Reza sir was excellent and the supporting staffs were also very competent and well behaved.
