Nursing and doctor treatment is at par with sophisticated hospitals. Please provide bucket and mugs as not everyone is not comfortable with shower especially post operated patients.

One of the most advanced technology available in this hospital some pros are mentioned in the following 1. Neat and clean and hygienic. 2. All necessary Equipment is available. 3. Doctors are very good. 4. Nurse and staff behavior is very good. 5. Rest of the all other facility is satisfactory.

Dr.Nitin was very good. Sisters are caring. Please give provision for sleeping/ resting if patient is in ICU. We attendants also need rest sitting in a chair whole night outside is very tiring. Otherwise treatment is very good.

My 80 years old father was admitted for harnia surgery. Dr S Bhuyan along his Junior surgons Dr Santanu conducted surgery successfully now he is well thanks to all the teams of Dr and other staffs. Now the prons 1.Good infrastracture new hospital and all the quipments and machinery are new and facilities like MRI are available. 2.Behaviour of Nurses and other medical staffs are good. 3. Cabin and other areas of hospital are neat & clean. 4. Though newly build,Hospital management has good in coordinating of Dr availability in every department. Cons 1. There lacks coordinate meetings and discussion of team of all Dr before treatment as done in Applo Channai and other reputed Hospitals. 2.Hospital lift is insufgicient and very slow. But all is well if patient became well

Well maintained interior with good overall facilities. Staffs are well behaved. Everything is fine. Except the delivery of reports. It takes longer than usual. So be prepared.

Dr.Nitin Bhartia has given very good treatment. We stayed for one week. The staff and sisters did good service but yesterday we expected a little better service. A few sisters didn't live up to the mark.

Pros: Dr.Ashok was very good. Nurses were compassionate. Cleanliness was good. OT Staff was supportive. Cons: Handle needed near the comode for support to get up. Sponging to be done early morning Housekeeping should clean in the early part of the day even on sundays.
