Sir, my father got discharged today from the hospital and he is feeling a lot better now. The ISU facility is very good and top of line, the hospital staff was very homely too. And most importantly my father is very happy about the treatment. Thank you so much.

When we brought my mother to the hospital, she was in a critical condition was admitted in the ICU and we were so deeply worried and tensed where anything could have happened. But thanks to the *expert medical assistance, timely treatment, and the full-time support of the entire staff*, today we are able to take her back home, safe and smiling. Words fall short to express the gratitude I feel for *Dr. Vikash Agarwal* and the entire *Team at SM Hospital*. Their dedication, compassion, and constant monitoring gave us hope and strength during such a difficult time. With regards to my recent review which I have given with ( RAJINI SINGH) now I can't write anything with the same id so I writing with an another mail id . 1. I have all the pictures and videos of the general cabin bed and bed sheet my thought is not old Sir, I am working with customer service industry sir so, I know my thoughts is old or not for that matter. 2. I didn't ask for any discount Sir, what you said is that . This discount is not because . (I have complaint or taking discharge and going somewhere else its our policy ) that too in front of your staff member. 3. Now what you have mentioned in the review is not acceptable that , I didn't mention about the discount in review . 4. In emergency i have visited because in 2022 and before that we have always visited SM HOSPITAL the service where amazing and satisfactory. but this time the service is not satisfactory so I have taken the discharge and visiting somewhere else and the treatment is going on. 5. I haven't denied the fact that he was suffering from Sevier stomachache and he was felling well and went on wheelchair not by walking. When we are visiting some hospital with our family member we are not asking for discount but service for the amount I am paying . I asked before hospitalization of my brother for the same.

It's a very good hospital. Specially Vikas agarwal Sir. He treats his patients very well. My sister has been treated for epilepsy and recovered... Also the behavior of the hospital staff is very good.. I would sugest you to come here and get treatment.

And he treats every patient with patience and dedication. ** SM hospital is a very good hospital where every facility is available. Please don't visit if it's an emergency because the staff is not good at all they not helpful, MY Brother was admitted at 9:00 am because of Sevier stomachache , 1. We asked for stretcher which was not provided later after waiting we got wheelchair with 1 staff I myself helped him to shift my brother. 2. After waiting for 5 hours we didn't get a cabin I have to go and ask them again and again after requesting we got general cabin without fan in summer the temp. Is 33 degree on 22nd July 3. The staff and manger are not responsive even if you arewgusj talking to them they will not respond properly by knowing your situation that someone is not well and it's emergency . 4. They just want to medicine to bring on time and pay the bill. It's a humble request please don't visit if it's an emergency.
