Hospital is well maintained and staff and doctor are very friendly and good behaviour. All co-operative staff. Most importantly Dr. Mrs. N Kalita madam is very good and experienced doctor, who gives importance to each and every patient. Overall experience is very good in the first visit itself. Suggestion: Should have wardrobes in cabin for keeping clothes Baby care unit should have proper and good space for baby feeding

Here is my review- The doctors are very nice, but the hospital/facility could use some maintenance. Specifically, the beds, chairs, and bathrooms need attention as they are quite filthy.

I recently visited the hospital after my husband's accident, and overall, we were impressed with the care and treatment he received. The staff's attitude was generally excellent, with most doctors and nurses being friendly, attentive, and professional. However, there were a few exceptions where some staff members could have been more empathetic and communicative. Despite this, the hospital's facilities and equipment were top-notch, and the medical team did an excellent job in treating my husband's injuries. I would highly recommend to others, with the hope that they will continue to work on improving their staff's consistency in providing exceptional care.

As I was staying in the VIP Cabin No-4, I found everything is well and good including Room services, nursing services as well as management. Except the refrigerator that given it wasn't working, and the geyser wasn't working properly. My advice is to kindly change the toilet pan as because it's become old and not looking like perfect clean. And kindly provide a Tea table that will look so perfect. Thank you.

The service of the hospital is more superior compared to its nearby counterparts. The communication of the staff is great but there are few exceptions, overall a caring approach required and would love to suggest an upgrade in facilities as compared to price.

I had a very good experience at this hospital. I underwent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery performed by Dr. Tham, and everything went smoothly. The surgery was successful, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. The nursing staff were attentive, caring, and available 24/7, which made a big difference during my recovery. From admission to discharge, everything was well-organized and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable. I'm very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital.

All nurse staff is very much responsible and kind behaviour their service towards patient but pharmacy staff is behaviour is un satisfactory for me,,as I have no any credit but they refused to credit for just 9000 rs for half an hour as my patient is already indoor and admitted at delux cabin and I have already paid 50 percent of hospitality charges

The services provided by them are not very good and they didn't know how to treat people. Though the doctors and nurses are quite good and kind hearted. But the washroom is not that much good as we want in Deluxe Cabin. The patients with health insurance may suffer because they will tell you first that you have an insurance no need to pay anything, after that it will overturned and you may have to pay the total fees in cash. Moreover the care taker demands extra money from the patients and their families daily 100 or 80 for their service.
