Dr. Bongaigaon Civil Hospital

Hospital clean, to much crowded and a.c not working and ceiling fans are less in waiting area and some are not working

Dr.Rubul Ahmed Sir is best for excellent consultancy and service. Very down to earth and gives best advices. Wish him all the best.A gem to Bongaigaon Civil.

Place was almost clean but the bathrooms were horrible water leaks from everywhere.

3rd class service...even, operation date given by Doctor and the same day doctor is.what a service by Government doctor...

service is decent but doctors are never on time. no one should come here in an emergency. the hospital is just good for name, nothing taken care of.

200 beded Bongaigaon Govt. Civil Hospital with all facilities of treatment with MRI, CT Scan machine, Dialysis facility etc.

5 star doesn't mean that it's a good hospital.Keep reading to know the reality. Tbh you have to wait for Doctors in queue for more than 2 - 3 hours(it's horrible) impossible for serious patients. Doctors never come to their respective cabin on time.Sometimes doctors don't come at all. If enquired about doctors the staff would reply that doctors have already arrived but is doing some other work at the top floor. But i guess to treat patients should be their first and foremost duty. The environment of the hospital looks more disgusting when you find senior citizens (old aged patients) waiting for doctors helplessly. I've seen many patients going back home painfully. What type of policy this Hospital is following. Please it's a request come on time and treat patients first. You never know what's going to happen if you don't take it seriously

Dr J. Boro is very irresponsible doctor. People are waiting at their OPD since 9 am here in Civil Hospital Bongaigaon but he still not arrived at their OPD Chamber till 12.30.
