Dr. Star Pinnacle Heart Centre

It's worrest experience as I was admitted for 4days. Specialist will only visit morning once. Night time Nursing Staff will not attend the patient if rang the bell. The patient diet supplied during stay was not upto the standard. Any body want to see the hell please admit in the hospital.

Worst management. We took prior appointment with Dr. Sudher Chandra Sinha(Md Cardiologist) in room number 31 and waited for long time and in the middle there are special cases allowing by the lady assistant where there is no use of taking prior appointment and wait for longer time.

In the HCG Cancer centre... Only Doctors are very cool but staff are not satisfactory. Drinking water is also not available at night. Bathrooms are not available more. No such private hospitals are available like this bad experience.

I must share our heartfelt thanks to Dr.Ramu sir Nephrology department of star pinnacle Visakhapatnam. Every body works for recognition but this doctor is way different and his commendable work should be recognized. His tremendous support towards my father is truly appreciable and grateful. His relentless efforts in supporting the patients, apt guidance and care needs to be recognized. Thank you Dr.Ramu sir for your unconditional love support and care for my father in every endeavor.

Worst ever experience we reached hospital @8 in morning every thing was good till doctors screening..The staff are very worst in Endoscopic department .They do not have any management knowledge..We waited 4-5 hrs for just Endoscopy done ...

Recently my mother got operated on by Narendranath Nagoti his behaviour is worse than a star pinnacle nurse Divya. There were 15 stitches done on the stomach and after 10 days the doctor did not even bother to check how it went well or not .. he just ordered the nurse to remove the stitches. It was half healed and yet the nurse removed it. We asked doctor to come and check before completing the process but no luck even though sitting in the next room. Now the stitches are getting wide open and not able to heal properly. How can one be so reckless and irresponsible even knowing that patient medical history is sensitive and very critical. Treat ur patients properly until recovery at least for the sake of 2.5 lakhs money we paid. May be price or charges are high if you want humanity from doctor. Now the solution is again we need to undergo one more surgery and do a few more stitches to cover the mistake. Why should my mother be suffering due to doctors negligence. I think this is kind of a scam and these people like to cut people for money. We have switched hospital and now the doctor is like a god he treated very well.

My mother has undergone surgery for her valve replacement in this hospital. The way she was treated and counselled by the Surgeon Dr L Vijay is really awesome. He is the best surgeon and he won all our hearts. Its been three months that the surgery was done and she is all fine now. Now, She is being treated by Dr CV Rao, a very good and experienced doctor. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of the hospital for their care and prompt service.

Completely money minded people and staff at every corner in the hospital. They will inform the criticality of the case in front of the patient if his/her family is planning to change the hospital because of any condition with respect to aarogya Sri, health card or white ration card non-eligibility of the patient. For us, they told the wrong information about the case and informed that patient in very serious condition. We enquired about the treatment cost whether we are affordable or not. Later we got to know they won't allow few employee health schemes and we decided to change the hospital with the help of patient consent. They created some nonsense like told us to pay consultancy fees and medicinal charges while we are trying to change the hospital we got irritated with the behaviour of cardio dept staff. Finally we had a good treatment in another hospital.
