I had an excellent experience at RK Hospital in Gajuwaka, where both of my parents received outstanding care for their surgeries. My mother underwent knee replacement surgery, and my father had surgery related to age-related health issues. From the moment we arrived, the hospital staff was warm and welcoming, and the level of care provided was exceptional. The medical team, especially Dr. Vemuri Chaitanya, was truly outstanding. Dr. Chaitanya's expertise, professionalism, and ability to make us feel at ease throughout the process were remarkable. He was always approachable, patiently answering our questions and ensuring both of my parents received the best possible care. Dr. G.V.S. Ramu, the orthopedic surgeon, performed my mother's surgery. His assessment and experience helped make the painful process go smoothly. Dr. Ramu was very patient, always approachable, and even guided us through the post-surgery phase, even though it wasn't technically under his purview. His support was invaluable. Dr. P.A. Venkata Reddy provided excellent consultation for my mother and was always available to address our concerns. His approach and care made a significant difference in my mother's recovery journey. We also greatly appreciate the assistance and support from the entire hospital team, especially the PRE (Mrs. Shanthi), front office reception, pharmacy staff, and administration. Their quick assistance, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience smoother and more comfortable. The hospital itself was well-equipped, and comfortable. We felt supported every step of the way, from initial consultations to post-surgery recovery. The nurses and staff were attentive, and the overall care exceeded our expectations. Recently my husband and my in law underwent surgery in RK hospital, initially we went to this hospital in OPD for 2nd opinion and it's having cashless facility but after checkup and behaviour of Drs and staff attracted us very well, both surgeries went very smooth without paying a single penny from our pockets thanks to Dr. Tagore sir and Dr. Raghu Babu sir treated very well and Shilpa helped in smooth insurance processing ..Drs are the very plus point to the hospital because of their polite nature and well explanation ..only concern is I think nurses are not much trained and for male patients there is no male staff available much bit inconvenience we faced in that, otherwise everything is good, neatly maintained, if cardiac speciality also available a one place for almost all the health issues no need to go to another hospital

Unable to give negative rating. The uneducated so called doctor doesn't even recognize the broken nerves and just ties a bandage for the wound. For that, they charge lakhs of rupees. Their only focus is on pooling money. They never focus on patient. It's not about the money. But severity of the injury. And finally, the leg will not be functional for the rest of the lifetime because of the delay in the surgery. The worst hospital, I've been seeing since my childhood. People go to the hospitals for better lives. But here, they get worse experiences for lifetime.

When initially opted for the hospital dual thoughts were there regarding how the treatment would be and how the hospital staff would behave. But believe me the response was sound and clear. Never seen a hospital where doctor (Dr Chaitanya Vemuri) is so down to earth that he himself enquires about the patient condition and what to do wherever he sees. Now my first preference regarding the hospital changed to RK hospital. Really good nursing staff ( Anisha, Satya, Usha) responsive and active. My father stayed for 3days but in these 3days the staff and doctor's response was excellent. Definitely would prefer friends and relatives to visit it in case required. Added to that the administrative staff ( Shanti, Madina) gave us many valuable information that we needed the most with a polite behaviour.

I hve worest experience in aogyasri ward govt hospital is far better than this because fans are not working properly and worrest administration they charged double money even Poor patient biased staff like pres billing i , No skilled staff Poor in knowledge money minded administration .
