Dr. Pinnacle Hospitals, Visakhapatnam.

It was a really trouble free experience with pinnacle...my father and sister both were admitted here...the hospital service is top notch..everything is well taken care of...The emergency department is excellent..Doc Avinash was extremely helpful...all the other staff members were very nice... They know what they are doing....so if in case you need it do consider them..hope it was helpful to you...

Over all satisfaction level is Okay. Hospital is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Coming to interaction of staff with customers, a guy at reception is arrogant and rude, the doc in 2D-Echo is also arrogant, remaining all guided and treated well. As a customer we should not ask us to respect. It is management responsibility to check on their staff how they are behaving with patients and their relatives. Hope the Star Pinnacle Hospitals management consider this review and re-evaluate their staff and customers relationship

Hi I am Leela I have admitted in this hospital for treating my ACL repair (RTA). Wonderful facilities and experienced doctors(Dr Anil Kumar) and nurses are angel's especially sister Rupa, priyanka, incharges sister uma. They are very empathetic to give service to me. Thank you entire team Pinnacle hospitals.

The hospital Giving better treatment and the same time the hospitality was great. But some areas are not fair in the charges. The canteen food was good. We bear an additional bill amount to another treatment which is what my father required. We found some lag for operation. Sometimes the insects appear in the rooms also

Hi I visited recently to this hospital it's too good and clean. One of my family members are recently done surgery in this hospital the treatment was good and doctors responded very friendly, Pr in 6th floor was taken all responsibility joining to discharge process very good. Its nice to be in vizag like this hospital .

One sorry state of thing I noticed during my visit on 8.3.25 is, on this international women's day,no women employee has been felicitated by the hospital when we enquired of them.It is very surprising despite so many women employees working tirelessly day in and day out,i am saddened by the hospital attitude. Wake up pinnacle hospital and please respect the women at least on this day. A simple will gladden their hearts. A simple health checkup I suggest will work wonders atleast. Hope you take my feelings in a right way since our workforce are our assets.Pl win their hearts. Your women staff we find always excellent in their service and attitude. Regards

Reception staff don't have proper knowledge about CGHS procedures. After submitting a CGHS prescription for tests for CGHS pensioner, staff at reception is asking for the prescription issued by their hospital's doctor and saying they can't conduct tests without it.

Good Doctors available here for treatment n all facilities are there... Management is not active - make people wait for billing is the worst part. Room service can be better.
