Treatment is good but insurance claim here is very bad. Hospital insurance department is worse. They will suggest to you go for cash treatment even though you have insurance

Professionally I am a doctor I consulted Dr.Prasad garu M.S ENT for my son 5 years old, He was Diagnosed with Adenoids problem, After treatment he was completely cured, Thanks to Dr. Prasad sir, well behaved staff.

Full of money minded they charged 4000 for medicine they do endoscopy for ear to every patient it's costs 1200 if it is for nose they charge 2800 and they relabel on the medicine with their desired costs they gave me antibiotic syrup which is worth 70rs in pediatric hospital but they relabel it with 370rs Totally they cost 8500 for the ear and nose and for medicine Worst hospital waste of money and time

VIJAYAWADA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL IS CHARGING FRAUD BILLS AND CHEATED ME:- My self BOSU BABU VINNAKOTA i am suffering with dengue from 26.10.2018 infected place is in delhi later i had taken treatment for dengue at "VIJAYAWADA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL" Joining Date: 02.11.18 08:29PM and Discharged on 05.11.18 07:55PM from and my hospital MRNO: 052325" treated by consultant doctor Shri Dr.SOMAVARAPU VASANTH. Hospital is charged excess payment without providing service 1.(Cold sponge procedure in ROOM Rs.4000 and Monitor Charges Rs.4000 Total Rs.8000/-) On behalf of VIJAYAWADA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL Mrs.POORNIMA (VMH00026) received the amount and provided the bills after discharge date, As informed by her it was a format which constructed as per management also she saying i am helpless, management is not ready to refund the amount. If i go for legally i have to spend another Rs.10000/- may be more than that and also the hospital is totally operated by others and doctors are just consultant, I won't suggest to people to take treatment from this hospital There is no zero star rating, I request government to take some modification or controls on Fraud Private hospitals.
