We had a terrifying experience when our child accidentally swallowed four button batteries. We rushed to multiple hospitals, including Rainbow, but were repeatedly advised to go elsewhere, as no one was willing to take up the case. Thankfully, through a friend's recommendation, we found Dr. Veera Abhinav at Sentini City Hospital. Despite it being a Sunday, he handled the situation with exceptional care and expertise. Many suggested immediate surgery or colonoscopy due to the risks posed by the batteries dissolving in the stomach, but Dr. Abhinav carefully assessed the situation and managed the treatment with just anemia, keeping our child's young age in mind. His calm and professional approach reassured us during this stressful time. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and dedication. Thanks to him, our child is safe and healthy. Experienced many issues in this hospital, generally these issues can be seen in government hospitals. This hospital is not up to mark and not suggestable. 1)They do surgeries even if it is really not required, which is very bad. 2)Surgery dress is one side completely open (either front or back side) without necessity and the way of treating lady patients is not good. 3)No option to close the room doors and bathroom doors which causes lot of inconvenience. Also, nurse/housekeeping staff keep coming into rooms without knocking the door.

I had a wonderful experience at Sentini city hospital. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hospital was clean and well maintained, with modern equipment and technology. I felt very comfortable during my father stay, and the doctors took excellent care of my father. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention.
