Dr. Purna Heart Institute

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. Dr. Purna and the surgeon seemed arrogant and treated patients without empathy. They made it feel like every patient has a major illness, even when that wasn't the case, and barely acknowledged us like human beings. Honestly, their attitude was deeply unsettling. Dr. Neelima was comparatively better in terms of communication and care, but I felt that her approach was very money-minded. What bothered me most was the behavior of the staff, especially when I visited for claim reimbursement. They were extremely rude and uncooperative. The overall environment lacked basic respect and compassion toward patients. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity -- unfortunately, that was missing here.

Once upon a time to give the best treatment and staff behaviour is good But now this hospital many more junior doctors joined. this doctors treated to patients with new experiments patients suffered this experiments. Dr purna sir says to every patients attender 50percent chances

Our encounter with this hospital was a dismal one. When my father suffered a cardiac arrest and was compelled to remain for over a week, we were treated like cash cows and not given proper attention. Our gratitude towards both the hospital and the attending physician was squandered as a result of their prioritization of financial gain over patient well-being. Neither member of our family was informed of any concerns regarding the health status or diagnosis of my father throughout the visit. A nightmare ensued for the better part of two weeks. We respectfully request that the hospital staff exercise patience and mindfulness when communicating with patients and their caretakers, so that we may have more constructive discussions rather than those concerning the purchase of luxury automobiles by doctors.

He is writing unnecessary ct scans for parents to increase their revenue. After we gave him the report he didn't even look at the report. I hope some regulations will be put in place so that doctors don't do malpractice.

In all subjects I mean patient starting receiving to discharge in all sections receiving staff, nursing staff ,lab staff ,security staff ,house keeping staff ,all r gud maintenance . present society lo compare chesthe medicine field lo cheap cost in all sections best treatment in all times iam very satisfied & suggested to struggled patient in cardiac section

Completely dissatisfied as Dr. Purnanand in turn referred us to another doctor for monthly checkups. Either the doctor is inefficient or he is not happy as we got the stents placed in another hospital. The hospital management collected Rs 1,100 (Rs 500 for consultation+ Rs 600 for registration). They should have refunded the money as the doctor didn't treat the patient.

Took my mother , doctor's words made her condition worse than the disease she might had. Patients condition depends half on the Doctor's way of expressing it. Higher qualifications donot give society good doctors if they donot have proper attitude. A small correction in our ethical system .- " Not all doctors are gods ". I will never suggest this hospital.

My wife is patient from last five years. It is the best cardiac centre available in Vijayawada. Doctor prefers minimum drugs to treat his patients, excellent supporting staff. The hospital is having full diagnosis labs need not run in panic under emergency. Wheel chair ramp is available.
