Dr. Capital Hospitals

They are squeezing patients. Patients have to forget about every thing once they enter. Unethical billing and more and more unnecessary Lab tests in a repeated manner. Double billing for the tests and medicines they used is a special feature here. Lab Reports data is not getting revealed. They need to take Patient & Attendant in to cofidence regarding investigations they do. There is nothing to hide the reports. It is far beyond the expectations of a common person. Instead of giving advice, it is better to correct at their level. It is a private hospital, no doubt about it. The mere survival of the hospital is on the money we pay. But they need to follow some standard ethics for long lasting survival. What I feel is, they are not following basic ethics in billing and charging in the new management.

This hospital is not that good for seniors. It may be good for taking a surgery but not good for handling seniors who are 80+. My grandmas older sisters husband went here he is 87 years old. He wasn't feeling well they gave him oxygen and said he is too old and needs medical care for old people. Then later he wasn't getting enough oxygen and the situation got worse and he passed away. Like that it happened for many other people that we know. He didn't seem like he was going to die before he went to the hospital that happened after he went there. This hospital is not helpful he would've lived if he didn't come here.

We are truly grateful to Dr. Hema Krishna Sai (Sidhu Sir) and his team for their exceptional care during my father's bypass surgery. The surgery went smoothly, and my father is now recovering well, thanks to Dr sidhu sir expertise and dedication. Actually I refered so many doctors like every doctor didn't explained this much but sir explained it and gave confidence Also the nurses and other hospital staff is very kind and they are available 24/7 Also about the cleaning and maintenance it was so good .they cleaned and mopped 2 or 3 times a day Entirely the treatment and hospital is so good

I recently had a surgery at Capital Hospital under the care of Dr. Bezawada Paparao. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience. The doctor was professional and attentive, and all the hospital services were excellent. The staff was helpful, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Urologist Dr Trivedi sir is consultant for my father. My father is suffering with unitary problem. He treated well and now my father is good . Today discharged happily with good health.

I had joined here as inpatient , Dr purna chadrarao , MD general physician had provided treatment toy father. Thy way he done diagnosis of problem is wonderful and he is very explanative and approachable. I am very much satisfied with his treatment.
