Dr. Shirish Children's Hospital

I recently visited Sirisha Hospital. The doctor was good and provided proper care & she is very supportive, which I really appreciate. However, I had a disappointing experience with the medical store inside the hospital. They do not provide any medical bills by default. The next day, I went back to return a baby cream I had purchased just the day before - unopened and unused. Instead of helping, they asked me to show proof that I bought it there. I explained that it's their responsibility to provide a GST bill at the time of purchase. Without that, how can a customer prove where they bought the product? If the charges are correct and fair, there should be no hesitation in giving a proper bill. Also, refusing to accept returns of undamaged, unused products raises concerns about the quality and trustworthiness of the products being sold. Billing transparency and return policies are basic expectations, especially in a hospital setting. I hope this issue is addressed soon for the benefit of future customers.

Doctor is very rude and misbehave with patients.not responsibility staff and unhygienic surroundings .

The doctor is very knowledgeable and highly talented. she never gives high doses immediately. She treats the children only after diagnosis. She knows many languages. She is very caring and loving doctor.Last ten years we have consulted for my child.

The best one..i ever recommend for my friends..swapna doctor she is so kind and never suggest any high dose or costly medicine for baby products..infact she never encourage shuch things...her version for explaining to mother about kid strengthens new mom.. Thanq so much swapna garu...for been seven years in my motherhood journey..

Doctor is too aggressive and impatient at most. And the staff is too arragant and is not showing minimum concern towards patients. I had very bed experience with the staff and not going to recommend the hospital to anyone . My kid had high fever and rushed to this hospital 18 km far away from my place in the late evening. It is very natural that we put sweater to kids while journey in the nights and doctor madam could have mentioned the things normally but not in a way which hurts others. Had waited 2 hours for doctor and my kid was continuously crying so I took bed to make my kid calm, for that doctor madam's precious staff created scene infront of other patients and how a mother with crying kid will feel at the moment. The staff should understand patients issues and make them comfortable. Not every patient come from tadipatri but may from far places also. I didn't and don't hesitate to call such people psycho as they never understands others problems.

Waste staff, Nurses feel like pediatrician , behave rude , they can not take back unused medicine, don't go for treatment ur loving kids

I Recommend not to go to this hospital.Going sireesha hospital is better to go veterinary hospital.She is very aggressive at patients.She don't care about patients she needs money.She is doing business with patients not giving proper treatment.They demands money and we have to listen to them whatever they say if we say anything they will leave patients hand and they won't treat.Such a worst hospital and never ever encourage these kind of doctors.Govt has to ban these types of doctors license.I am going to file a complaint on this hospital regarding doctor carelessness,aggressiveness send ing back patients in critical condition without giving treatment and also staff behaviour and the way they treat with patient to DMHO and also to Collector. I Will teach lesson tho doctor and to their staff.

This doctor is unfit for her profession she doesn't know how to treat the patient.....being in reputed position doesn't know how to treat kids treatment .she is copying from noted from notes while treatment...worst doctor blaming people for her ineffective treatment...don't go to her hospital tadipatri people.....she is very aggressive in her manner...and shows it to children'
