Dr. Union Hospital - Tadepalligudem

Extremely disappointing experience. This is by far one of the worst hospitals I've encountered. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, and the nurses seem poorly trained -- their service lacks both skill and empathy. Hygiene standards are shockingly low. Outpatient rooms are unclean, and beds are reused for multiple patients without proper sanitization or changing bed sheets. There's no lift access for patients' families -- not even for elderly individuals recovering from knee surgery. They were forced to use the stairs up to the third floor, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the rooms lacked even basic medical equipment. For the high cost they charge, the care and facilities are nowhere close to acceptable standards. Please avoid this hospital if you value your health and peace of mind. Don't waste your time and money -- your well-being could be at risk.

Disappointed with services of hospital and staff , especially behaviour of manager is very unprofessional. Cardiologist failed to clearly explain the reasons for the death of my father. Professionalism is missing. I had to visit hospital multiple times for documentation of death (for death certificate purpose) and bills. Overall in my opinion it is not a dependable hospital. I suggest to think twice before you or your family members opt for treatment here. Hospital has not returned advance taken and didn't provide bill.

***Worst Hospital***** ***Worst Staff******** A personal experience.....I was charged huge amount and nothing treated.....I was like same before and after treatment but the bill was huge. They never share your any reports to you, they only reach you to tell that there is something chronic disease and they never tell anything good to you. They will make you tense and they ask you to admit and need some observations. Post that they immediately ask you to admit in hospital and need some surgery which will be taken care by some specialists from Vijayawada and Rajahmundry. Concerned specialist will come and made surgery and that's it, he didn't even talk to you, he made the surgery and went to some other branch and he will never come back and tell you the current situation post surgery.

think it is the Best hospital in Tadapelli gudum , Because taking more. Care about patient, and the working staff are taking care about patient in 24/7, I am Thanking To. UNION HOSPITAL, TADEPALLIGUDEM for give such a wonderful and good DOCTOR For me. I will suggest everyone to visit For cardiology and heart problems,and any emergency problems it is the best place for treatment

Please never go to this hospital. Due to the inexperienced and irresponsible staff I lost my mother. They will mislead to go for angiogram telling that it's just a scan but later they compel to go for Stent when patient is on the table. Cardiologist has hurriedly went for Stent and later failed to explain the failure reason. They have such a irresponsible staff who didn't care to take the vitals in ICU when patient is in 24hrs observation. They didn't even care to put oxygen mask to the patient who is suffering with breathing problem. I cannot forgot my mother struggle for breathing which will haunt me till end of my life. Shame to have such staff and doctors.

Such a worst hospital with stupid and dumb staff , they don't even have the basic knowledge about the medical sciences. From the doctor to the nurse they are totally lacking of knowledge and responsibility towards the patient and patient's condition. Because of their irresponsibility we lost our valuable person... The staff nurse in the ICU will not even refill the saline bottle if it is empty And they will shift the patient without the oxyzen mask.

Great experience as a first time. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in .the staff and doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I ESPECIALLY LOVED CARDIOLOGY DR.JEEVAN BABU SIR ....really took his time to explain my conditions with me as as well as my treatment options. I had a great experience with me......

I think it is the Best hospital in Tadapelli gudum , Because I have taken a Treatment form orthopaedic, Dr,p.s.s.k.v.Guna Surya sir , taking more. Care about paisent, and the work staff are taking care about paisent in 24/7, I am Thanking To. UNION HOSPITAL, TADEPALLIGUDEM for give such a wonderful and good DOCTOR For me. I will suggest everyone to visit For Ortho ,and it is the best place for treatment
