The hospitality and staff irresponsible behaviour and this not correct to maintain this type of culture and atmosphere to the general and Icu patients. And this type of treating is not good . Pls take the immediate actions. And the security department of suraksha is also not follow the guidelines in the op section. So we want to request to change the mentality of entire team of gmr care hospital rajam

Hospital is great, thanq gmr garu Gynaecology doctor services by neeraja madam is very good with lot of patience even there is so many patients to her. Daily op more than 70, still doing good job , hospital is very neat and serving poor people of my area.thanq

Hi Gmr v care hospital is doing good service. Especially dr neeraja rani garu , she is working 24/7 basis. Seeing daily 60-70 op patients of pregnancy and gynicolgy. Dr neeraja is taking care of patients with more patience even for last case the same as first case with due respect to patients. But op chamber room size is small , plz increase size of op chamber.

We went for pregnancy checkup, as it is the worst experience we faced . They are not sending people inside doctor room as OP number, people has to wait outside doctor room for hours, they are sending 5 at a time and they make us to stand inside doctor room for hours . For increasing they OP's, they are sending more people inside doctor room and make wait for longer time pregnency women's without making them to sit in chair My suggestion for hospital staff and doctor is- please check for single patient at once . So it will be easy for patient to overcome eaiser. Staff behaviour worst mainly Neeraja mam staff like narus Please consider our suggestion for better improvement

Very rude behavior by RAXA security, every time u seek help or information from security they are always busy in chit chatting with other security, PR staff are not here to help patients, no friendly staff here, even ayamma will scolds u, No line order for OP, RAXA security & Reception staff moves their relatives from back door, idont know what hospital manager is doing, I wonder what these people do in training Hall at the hospital, these are not only my problems, all are suffering by coming here unknowingly, doctors are good. Security directly comes and goes to your rooms, what you do don't matter to them, weather you are naked or breastfeeding or dress changing.. You are forced to answer them, they will not knock the door's, they simply push your doors, management supports this , I learned from my experience

Hospital is beautiful Maintaining cleanly. Arogyasri services are good not charging extra money. Pregnancy and paediatric services are good. Gynaecologist is available 24/7 as team attendening all emergencies. Gynaecologist dr neeraja is motivating patients for normal delivery instead of surgery.

Services are good. Hygiene is good. Gynaecology services are good. Dr neeraja rani even though busy seeing and taking care of patients patiently and politely.
