Availability During Shift Change - X-Ray Diagnostic Department During my recent visits to the hospital's X-ray diagnostic department, I noticed a recurring challenge around shift change hours. Specifically, there appears to be a gap in staff availability during this transition period, which can cause delays in patient care and unnecessary wait times. Issue Observed: - No staff present or visible to attend to patients for extended periods. - Lack of clear signage or communication regarding when services will resume. - Patients left waiting with limited guidance or updates, which can be especially stressful for those in discomfort. Impact: - Reduced efficiency in patient flow and service delivery. - Frustration among patients and caregivers due to uncertainty. - Potential backlog of cases when the next shift resumes. This feedback is intended to support improvements in patient care and service consistency. I appreciate the efforts of all hospital staff and hope these observations can help strengthen the experience for everyone involved. Good treatment by Gastro team. However rooms need hygiene improvements. Few of the nurses lack attention, some are really caring. Needed better processes & management. Cost is reasonable when compared to others.

Ward rooms are good But the food is low quality Ambulance service is here but high price Washrooms at the wards are better then swatanthra Lift service available but late coming Good atmosphere having here Treatment and location good

The worst lab and below person in the video took 30min to print the report. The Staff is very lazy.

This hospital is very caring and effective.. HR sir Ramakrishna responding is very nice he solved some problems from side. I hope he is a dedicated person.. 2 nd floor staff and nursing care is very well.. My doctors venkat sir and his colougs are also very care fruitful treatment.. Finally iam very satisfing to this hospital... Thanking you sir..

Wards are better to patients. And lift service available. Clean and neat atmosphere .Treatment is also good .
