I would have not rated even 1* as this Hospital deserves negative rating. Do not even think about visiting this Hospital if you really love you dear one, family, friends, relatives, known person not even to enemy if possible. No standard maintained by the hospital, administration should look into it and close this Hospital immediately or at least have a proper investigation. The Hospital admits the patient minimum 1 week without proper diagnostic reports, and maximum it could be a month too. Even insurance companies will reject the reimbursement by sayoing it was not required any admission....

Without any reason they are admitting, only concerned about money and the staff is very bad. Government hospital services are good then this hospital and the doctor "hanumant rao" himself has BP shouts on all patients.

My Father consulted this center to get his heart checked before a minor surgery to fix his dislocated elbow, they did all the tests and said my dad heart is beating too slow and he might get a heart attack if don't admit there immediately, my dad is completely healthy and never had any symptoms of heart attack so we wanted to get a second opinion, we went to a well renowned hospital in Guntur and they did all the tests and said that my dad's heart is in perfect condition, he don't need any kind of procedure to his heart. My whole family went through hell because of the wrong diagnosis from this Cardiac Center, at least train your bloody staff before experimenting on the Patients.

The staff who are in reception is not giving proper response with rude behaviour and not even concerned about the people who are waiting, I Hope the hospital management & concerned doctor should take necessary actions.

Friends pls requesting you.. Don't visit this hospital....for small Reasons they will ask you to admit and they will suck your hard earn money.....ask you to admit minium 7 days.. I have admited my Mother in this hospital later I have come to know, not even single day admition required for the treatment and that can be diagnosed OPD basis Actual rating should be negative... Don't have option to give negative rating

One of the worst hospitals. If you enter the hospital with little fear hanmanthrao will catch you. He didn't even diagnosis properly, he ask you to join ICU, no matter how much perfect you are. Never visit there even for BP check. He will completely erase your confidence. I had personal experience there. Please do not visit there. Commercial no.1.

Good doc. quick action. my mother joined with heart attack and Dr Hanukantharao acted quickly and released her from pain. 3 days in ICU. she is good now. i recommend this doc. only drawback is no insurance accepted. only cash.

Response from the staff is awful. For one single receipt they put on hold for one whole week. Whenever I go to the hospital they keep saying, come tomorrow. My insurance got rejected because of their delay. Worst hospital experience in Ongole.
