Dr. Narayana Hospital

I admitted there on emergency with a heavy fever. Some Junior doctor asked me whether I've an insurance, once they got the idea that I've, shifted me to ICU. I had to as them why I'm admitted in ICU with a paracetamol drip. Next they put me on a ward where the bed was dirty as some patient used it before. My bystander had to fight to change the bedsheets and they bring one which was an old with a big hole. Another comedy was one day a duty nurse asked me the names of Medicine they gave me last night! As from Kerala, I feel these like comedy. I had some issues with insurance and there wasn't a PRO to get me an answer(I got the insurance documents later after fighting a day). May be the hospital could only give good treatment nearby areas, but I don't feel a professionalism at their function.

Don't go with insurance you will be asked to admit and they will ask to do multiple tests and scans which might not really require. One good thing is nurses are really good they will treat you well with care and explain you what all precautions to be followed in very decent way and visited patient to check his condition very frequently.

This hospital is good but working process is nill and patient maintaince is also very less they are doing time waste and not giving answer to patients

After the 4 days of treatment there is no better improvement and doctors are creating normal situation to emergency they are only focused on money. When the time of joining they only discussed about payments and charges not about the patient condition at all. All are playing safe games. Dr chanakya (incharge emergency icu) worst behaviour with the patient attenders and delaying the treatment for money. No such a doctors experienced all are trainee doctors doing experiments on patients. Worst ever experience with wash rooms, canteen food, no drinking water supply all over the hospital and worst behaviour of security guards and house keeping staff. There is no option for -5 rating here so I opted 1star . It's my genuine review. Kindly don't go to this hospital this will ruins your money, time and patients health. Better to choose Chennai hospitals.

The worst hospital in nellore never goes to Narayana Hospital No one takes care of the patient. When you ask for any update to the receipt they say just sit worst worst worst worst hospital (18/03/2024) 1 specially 5 th floor (skin receipt)

Worst hospital ever, won't take medicines back without argument. Unprofessional attitude. Every work completion takes hours. No sense of sensitivity. No secure environment. Totally a very bad experience in my life.
