This hospital charges 500 just for a consultation, but the facilities don't reflect that cost at all. The waiting hall is poorly maintained every day, at least 50 to 70 patients are waiting, and yet there are only 3 ceiling fans. Just imagine sitting there in such uncomfortable conditions, especially in this heat. Frankly, even a government hospital provides better basic amenities. Patients deserve dignity and comfort, especially when paying a premium. Please think twice before choosing this hospital. Don't follow the crowd blindly your health and comfort matter.
Avoid this hospital if you are considering getting admitted for any treatment. It's pure money minting machine for the hospital management and duty doctor Venkat is an arrogant fellow and I doubt if he is even a qualified doctor I lost my family member in the his hospital due to negligence so PLEASE AVOID
It's all about the receptionist. It's too worst too too worst. It's all about partially. Doctor should know reception process. It's too bad. The people who are coming to far are really facing timing issues. Because of receptionist people hospital is getting bad name. They are literally making their own process to suffer the people who are coming from far. Doctor should better to know reception process and need to correct it or else it will effect on hospital repo based on patients reviews.
Worst experience with insurance department of Amrutha chest center. While taking admission he said cashless is available and took admission but after 2 days they are saying cashless is not possible and go for reimbursement, such worst experience i never come across. Please be careful while going with insurance...

Doctor is good . But the two ladies who are in the reception they don't know how to talk with patients. The two ladies are worst behaviour. They don't know how to talk to patients.The lady who will take the money at the entrance. Please change that lady .she doesn't know how to behave with people.she is arguing when we are asking anything.please change that ladies . Because of doctor we are coming to hospital.
Doctor is good. But the staff working outside are the worst. They don't look after the problems of patients saying reckless answers. Vague replies when we ask information and gives the feeling that we never come to this hospital again. Spoiled whole day but not consulted doctor. Management Please try to look into this .
