Doctor Gowtami Madam treats her patients with great care and kindness, just like she would treat her own sister. She is also very respectful and friendly towards the patients' family members, which is something truly admirable about her. Before my wife's delivery, the doctor personally told me I could call her anytime in case of an emergency. She even shared her personal phone number and mentioned that she stays awake till 1 AM, just to be available if needed. This shows how much she genuinely cares for her patients. The hospital staff also provided excellent service. Overall, the care and services offered were outstanding.
