I had a painless normal delivery at Indus Heart Institute, Nandyal, under the care of Dr. Tanuja ma'am, and I'm incredibly thankful for the experience. From the moment I was admitted until the time I was discharged, the entire team made me feel safe, supported, and cared for. Dr. Tanuja ma'am was calm, experienced, and extremely reassuring throughout my labor. Her confidence and timely guidance gave me the strength I needed. I also want to specially mention Dr. Sravani, the anaesthetist, who was very supportive and kind, making the process much more manageable and comfortable. The hospital staff was attentive and compassionate, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The post-delivery care for both me and my baby was excellent. Overall, I had a smooth and positive delivery experience. I highly recommend Indus Heart Institute for maternity care and normal deliveries. This incident on 28th April 2025. Went to the indus hospital for a heart pain related emergency, but the emergency staff didn't even perform basic checks. They simply redirected us to the outpatient department, where I had to wait in a long queue. Extremely disappointing and concerning behavior for a medical emergency department. Not acceptable for a hospital behave like this. No proper protocols followed not even cared about patients. Please don't play around patients life's. Token number 49. It's an emergency mister. Your staff didn't even allow her to sit. What kind of examination your team did while walking with pain. My mother was holding saviour pain that time.
