Dr. Gemcare Kamineni hospital

Hi, I am writing this review after we completed our delivery. Overall, we are very happy with our maternity journey. The way Shruti Madam treats and deals with pregnant women and others is really nice. I really appreciate her. I also have seen a few of the other hospital's doctors, but she is very calm and has a clean explanation, and she will listen to us patiently and provide a solution for that. Recently my wife's delivery was also completed. Shruti madam and her assistant sisters have tried a lot for a normal one, but due to some complications, we went for the C-section. But overall, we are happy. I also would like to say a big thanks to Bharati sister and Sunita sister; they are really caring and helpful for our delivery and stand with us till delivery is completed. The rest of the nurse staff is also good. Best wishes to them. Once again, thanks to all who were involved and helped us with our beautiful memory of our maternity journey from the hospital.

Worrest hospital in kurnool Even govt hospital is good in response No one not gives good response In insurance policy if there will addmission takes one day time Administration was worrest

I have been taking OP services since 5 months. I would vouch for the doctor however on the other hand I would say the pharmacy is ridiculous. They always maintain understaff. Even a small roadside medical shop does maintain atleast 3-4 staff, these gems people call it a multi-speciality hospital and maintains 2 members in the pharmacy to cater an entire hospital which makes people to wait like ages in queue to get their turn and the awful part is when we get our turn the staff simply turns down saying one or the other medicine is not in stock and god knows where this medicine is available. We have to roam around checking every medical shop in town. I dont know who is responsible for this situation here ?? No one cares about the pain and time of the customer here. Not sure why they call it a private hospital, their attitude towards the patients is far worse than a govt. Hospital. I am very certain the management should be aware of this issue and they could easily resolve this and yet they are negligent against this, I would openly say they are money minded, shameless and arrogant. If you have any dignity left, show some respect and concern towards the needy patient.

Worst billing staff , In billing department one lady talking very badly and rudely. This is unfair from Gemcare kamineni hospital. Please remove that lady and improve your billing staff communication skills

Super hospital in terms of medication, accommodation and room service. Each and every nurse/doctor will treat with kind and respect.
