I am from Hyderabad and admitted my sister to this hospital. At first, I thought it was a government hospital because of the poor facilities, but I was shocked to find out it is actually a private hospital. The quality of the facilities is very low and does not meet private hospital standards. One of the worst parts of my experience was Dr. Nav Swamy's behavior. He was very unprofessional, making sarcastic jokes about patients and visitors and showing a lot of attitude. A doctor's job is to treat patients with care and respect, not to look down on them. The dining area for visitors was very dirty and unhygienic, which is unacceptable for a hospital. Compared to hospitals in Hyderabad, this one is far behind in quality and management. Also, do not trust the fake 5-star reviews--many of them are posted by paid Telegram groups. If you don't believe my review, visit this hospital once, and you will see the reality for yourself. Many middle-class and poor people come to this hospital because the treatment here is better than in government hospitals. So behave properly and provide proper facilities. They are not your servants, and you are not giving free treatment. Patients and their families deserve respect and dignity. While some doctors seem good, the hospital management is very poor. A hospital should focus on patient care, not on arrogance and bad attitudes. I hope this review helps others and that the staff and management improve their behavior and services.

The hospital provides excellent hospitality, with Dr. Srinivas Murthygaru and Dr. Srikanthgaru being highly skilled in gall bladder surgery and exceptionally patient-friendly.
