Unprofessional staff. They just make patients wait for hours and waste their time. We need professional and humane hospitals in Kakinada

Very bad handling of patients.... Confidently saying that even if we take appointment over phone, they have to wait for at least 3Hrs in their lobby. I red all the past reviews. But experienced the same as well... This particular Hospital (30yrs Industry) is what the owner is saying.... But not able to understand how to handle Patients who are coming with prior appointment as well as walk-ins. God should save these people. In the given photo (His name is Mr.Prasad) and there is one more gentleman called Mr.Suresh both belongs to HR department. Unfortunately, they really don't know what are HR responsibilities and Policies required to handle people and Staff. Patients are coming like beggers, no social distancing arrangement is done in the lobby... Very reckless handling is observed.

I had an appointment scheduled through mobile for 12 PM yesterday, but upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to wait for 2 hours. There was no prior notice about the delay, and the process felt very disorganized. This experience was disappointing and has made me reconsider recommending this doctor to my colleagues. The lack of communication and streamlining of appointments needs improvement. Hospitality is crucial in any healthcare setting, and this experience was disappointing.
