Dr. Medicover Hospitals - Best Hospital in Kakinada

Hospital Management Experience Review I usually don't post stuff like this, but this experience needs to be shared. I do not recommend this hospital -- especially when it comes to hospitality and basic maintenance. We were allotted a room for the patient, but the moment the patient was shifted to the OT, caretakers were forcibly asked to vacate the room and were sent to the so-called "waiting area." I want to know the complete details related to insurance procedure and everything and tried to call the fellow folks also but none of them responded in return i got the advice please travel allover 70kmps to hospital and get the details and then think. They're not able to pick the calls also..... And just have a look at the waiting hall... Superb smell Awesome maintenance Excellent treatment Excellent Room cleaning before room alloted Wah Medicover... WAH!!! Please think twice before choosing this place for your loved ones.
