Pros: The hospital staff treated us very well, showing professionalism and care throughout our stay. The response time of the doctors, nurses, and support team was quick and efficient. For cash payments, the entire process was smooth, and all required departments were highly responsive and supportive. The overall hygiene and infrastructure of the hospital were also commendable. Cons: The only issue we faced was with the insurance credit billing department. The person handling the insurance billing was unresponsive and lacked basic courtesy while interacting. His communication was not up to the mark, and it affected our experience during the discharge process. Summary: The hospital provides excellent treatment and care, and most of the staff are cooperative and responsive. However, if you're planning to use insurance/credit billing, please be cautious and prepared, as the experience with the billing staff may not be pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hospital for its medical services and staff behavior, but they do need to improve their insurance billing service.
