Worst management at billing. Their responses and treatment is not at all appropriate. They require us to pay bill on time but when coming to insurance or reimbursement their behaviour is sooo Worst. The management is arrogant and very bad mannered. The management leave at their own will making patients and their attenders wait hours and hours. There are people coming from out of the city. How ate they supposed to be?

The staff at Apollo Hospital Kakinada are very negligent. They do answer calls, but they are not taking appointments seriously or helping properly. There is a clear lack of responsibility and care. For a hospital of this reputation, such poor service is very disappointing. They really need to improve their attitude and coordination.
