There is no any comments on Doctors Treatment. He is a superb Good.But Management and Nurses are very very very very very worst. There is no any Time sense. Whoever is good for them they treat first. But Who taken Token first there is no any word for them. They kept them a aside and waiting for them.The service at reception is very poor and even they are not giving information in polite manner if we make phone call, giving answers very rude , management please check the service.

I have recently visited the hospital @7:30 Am for my mother health issue, they said tokens completed for the day, I said make appointment for tomorrow but they said come again offline by tomorrow morning @6:00 Am to book appointment, what type of process they are following even in 2025 year, only offline appointment bookings available No online/phone call bookings, this means that only kadapa local people get treated but what about people coming from nearby villages or small towns of Kadapa district.... How they come very early in the morning.... Please Dr.Ganesh sir please change the appointment bookings process so that everyone from nearby kadapa city can access by simple phone call & online portal booking as like earlier... Hope you consider this request... Thanks....
Treatment is super, where maintainence and staff response not properly, fully disturb, but doctor treatment and behaviour super, for that 5 star, hospital locality also good, and hygenic, but wash room little dirty.
It is excellent neuro care hospital in Kadapa
The service at the reception is extremely poor. Even in emergencies, we are required to book an appointment first. However, the hospital does not allow appointment bookings over the phone; we are forced to visit the hospital in person to secure an appointment. But the doctor treatment is good. Hope the doctor will look in this and do some change in appointment booking

Nurses nd staff are very irresponsible towards their work nd they are bg with theirmobies. They are watching mobile with loud speaker. No common sense as tlesst use ear phones
