Additionally, I hope your front desk team can be trained to handle inquiries more politely and efficiently. Such a waste hospital no proper management we have called to the hospital in chirala and known that the doctor was in guntur it was an emergency for my mother so we have called the guntur hospital and taken an appointment with the doctor at 1pm we have given the op still they didn't call us even after 5pm we have told them it was an emergency we are coming from chirala still they didn't respond.. what a hospital with out proper management.. till now the doctor the doctor didn't consult us..why to maintain a hospital if you don't have the proper management such a waste of time and money dr. Neeraja madam look into your hospital staff they are not good and management is worst..

As per past reviews the hospital and as well as doctor is good and staff in enquiry is the worst, I'm trying to get appointment for the past month, I am getting either no answer or engage tone. Even they least bother about online appointment and no reply. Every day I call this hospital from 9:30 to 12 noon. Then patients from the distance, how to approach meet Doctor/ doctor's appointment.
