Dr. Mythri Multi Speciality Hospital

The hospital's insurance team is extremely inefficient, failing to respond on time and causing unnecessary delays for patients. The reception staff is clueless, repeatedly directing queries to higher authorities without providing any real assistance. The administration is completely disorganized, showing little concern for patient care or operational efficiency. Long wait times, unresponsive management, and unprofessional behavior make the entire experience frustrating and stressful. Additionally, the hospital lacks proper parking facilities for patients and visitors. The staff dismisses concerns, stating that parking is only available for hospital employees, and rudely reminds visitors that they are paying for patient treatment, not for vehicle parking. This lack of basic amenities adds to the overall frustration. However, despite these issues, the doctors provide excellent treatment and genuinely care for their patients. Their dedication and medical expertise stand out, ensuring that patient care remains of high quality. Urgent improvements in administration, support services, and facility management are needed to match the standards set by the medical team.

The receptionist: she feels she is the owner of the hospital, no respect to the patients, giving false commitments to the patients. The pharmacy and hospital (including op and final bill) they don't accept online payments or cards only cash & cash. The doctors: they are good and always busy in operations and dressing team behave as doctors (doctor will see photos shared by this team and guide them).

Nice hospital and doctors are good. Dr. Nageswara Rao n Dr. Roopesh are good. Roopesh garu is humble and He reduced charges for us at the end of discharge. Thanks alot Roopesh garu. God bless yu good health n help more people

Dr.Nageswar Rao is Good Doctor & Given great treatment to My Mom during critical COVID-19 situations. I lost hope and scared by the time when my Mom was heavily beaten & struggled because of COVID-19, Dr.Nageswar Rao was given brilliant treatment and now I'm very happy by seeing my Mom's Happy and smiling face. I stayed for 8Days in the Hospital during my Mom treatment, I have seen many people came to hospital with crying faces and in critical health issues effected by COVID-19 & got treatment from Dr.Nageswar Rao and returned home with recovered good health.***I con't ever forget the golden smile in their faces while they turn back to home with good health by getting good treatment***

Made a same day appointment on MYTHRI HOSPITAL and got in right away.the front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice And helpful .Dr.Nageswara Rao sir & kadiyala Venkata Ramana MS SURGEON was great,gave relastic expectations and time lines . I will definitely be back and recommend the practice!
