I want to share my experience at Dr. Rao's hospital. The patient is feeling extremely scared. The doctor is demanding an unusually high fee and is not speaking properly. He is behaving very rudely and lacks patience. He talks very harshly face-to-face, which is causing the patient to feel anxious and stressed, even leading to high blood pressure. This doesn't feel like a genuine hospital -- it seems fake. I honestly doubt if he is even a real doctor, considering the way he talks, like someone from the street. My father visited the hospital with a complaint related to his right hand, suspected to be a blood circulation issue, and he is also experiencing spinal pain. Without conducting a proper scan initially, the doctor directly quoted Rs. 3,50,000 for neck surgery and Rs. 4,50,000 for spinal surgery. After the scan, instead of being more helpful, he became even ruder. He continued to scare the patient unnecessarily and did not provide any clarity or compassion.
