Dr. Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital

The treatment was good, but the cost of medicines - especially the eye drops - nearly made me lose vision again, but from shock this time! 680 for a tiny bottle that lasts just a few days feels too much. Hope the hospital considers more affordable options or alternatives for patients.

The staff was super friendly, but I have to say--the receptionist really stole the show! Her warm smile and charming way of speaking made my check-up feel more like a pleasant visit than a routine appointment. Might need to come back soon... even if just to say hi again!

Over crowded, limited seating area, poor OP management. When I was in Nellore I visited Agarwal clinic and could complete my OP in 45 minutes, It was crowded too but there was proper handling and management. This facility is par below the standards of Agarwal's eye clinic. There was no process, no one guides OP patients rather than asking them to wait without even telling how long it takes to get a call in limited seating area. Also if you know someone no matter when you come you would get first chance to visit the doctor. Even after of couple of negative reviews and their responses to improve the system, I can say that there is no improvement and their response was for the sake of response. I hope they meet their objectives and take proper care of the patients. I look forward for improvements in my next visit. And the silver lining is work flow is great and everything is paperless and yes staff was very courteous.

Yes Hospital wise very good. But waiting wise it's too long, even though the respected doctor have no patients in que. It's very horrible, when a patient is outside and respected doctors having silly conversations inside

Excellent service by the staff, they supported my mother even though I was not at the hospital and connected via mobile. They have done excellent surgery and my mother is very happy with and cleared her issues with eye.. thanks to Dr. Agarwal Eye hospital @Guntur.

First and more most thing is the Junior doctors here are useless. I have been saying I have a problem long time ago with my vision. I came here to make a spectacless. They don't even listen to us. That's fine junior doctors, hurry with patients. When we meet the main doctor. There will be this one lady who feels that she is a doctor which i didn't like. Second thing, based on the reports, Everything is fine this lady who had the male hair cut. I asked her I don't want spects We can't bring you the vision what I asked what she responded the worst to the worst hospital in Guntur. They say advanced technology. That same technology I have seen a one and half decade at Renuka netralayam same as it is nothing Change. Don't waste money at this hospital

This Guntur hospital branch could not able to handle and serve the patients. No professionalism and the staff behave like they are God's. Better visit another branch/hospital which provides care and treatment.

Very worst experiance Too much costly Long time waiting No place even to sit Specifically there is doctor called Sulochana ,she don't even know how to deal with patients , don't know how to even talk ,very disrespectful ,short tempered uses unparliamentary language . there is lot of confusion going on in hospital guiding patient's .
