Dr. Coastal Care Hospital

Worst hospital. Nurses are very poor. They don't know how to handle it in critical situations. Doctors were not available at night time. If any critical situations will be faced at night time as it will be too risky. I lost my mother in this hospital.

My father got brain stroke in 2019.Left side paralysis.There hospitality is very good.Especially ICU staff they will take care very well .Now we living happily with my father.Thanks to Director Murali garu for your immense support.Thank you Dr.vijay kumar sir And Koti garu TQ. I will give 5 out of 5 for their treatment.

I was seriously affected with GB syndrome and visited Coastal care hospital. They took great care from the starting and I was able to walk properly within a week. Doctors, Staff and nurses were so helping and supporting during this time.I would highly recommend to come to this hospital to get your health issues cured with proper care.

I faced worst experience in this hospital. All the management and staff are money minded. For every step we need money. For 3 days of hospitality i payed almost 45k. Be aware of these kind of hospitals. Don't ignore them but just ignore this hospital if you need healthcare.

Worst service which i never excepted from costal care (Guntur), with 103 fiver I waited for doctor 3 hours in the reception yesterday (15 mar), once he arrived prescribed some medicine and from then the ward boys take care of me by just filling me with all fluids by celoins. Today 16 mar 03 pm till now doctor wasn't here no one says wt to eat what not, they didn't even bother to check my temperature post to my admission here, and non of them explain wts there in the reports. I spoke with receptionist but no use they gave management person no and I called him twice but he is not piking, i got worst treatment ever a patient receive in such reputed hospital.

I am thanking to Dr. Ramakrishna veluru is just plain awesome and he has very huge experienced on orthopedic surgeon. My OP experience: Both Vijay sir and orthopedist are gold medalists from reputed medical colleges in India. They can sort out the health issue quickly. But two things that I felt must have improved for patients. 1. Hospitality services hygiene, wait time, organized place and system. 2. Doctors are not discussing core issue, precautions or providing any other helpful information. It's simply they ask you describe your problem and then suggest appropriate medical tests and then prescribing medicines. Overall it sounds bit commercial and they are not following doctor's fundemental procedures. It's time to bring some good changes.
