Dr. Prema Heart&Diabetic Hospital

Horrible hospital. No trained staff. Staff doesn't even care about coming on time. Staff even doesn't know how to do tests, like ECG, properly . They even say that their test results should not impact the insurance claims. With our recent experience, I am unable to trust their lab test results.

Best hospital in chirala, experienced better than other hospital in chirala, treatment is very good doctor is very humble and taken good care of me, staff are very nice and all services are good. Over all very best hospital.

Not able to give less than 1 star. The worst hospital and some illiterate and labourer is better than this doctor. Zero knowledge, Zero empathy towards patients doesn't listen to the patient and shouting at everyone like he is working in a fish market. He doesn't treat the problem that you are facing but whichever he gets more money, he gives treatment for that even though you dont have that issue.

Just make people afraid by saying things like arteries are blocked without doing relevant tests. Not a proper degree and prescribes same medication for all the patients and they don't even provide you the bills and if they know that you are a good earner the pharmacy stream will try to loot from you by suggesting anything by speaking in a sweet manner. They make the people afraid by saying big illness and people who can't go to a bigger hospital for treatment will keep on coming to them every once in two weeks and they can charge them 3k for every visit. A business led by ignorant people with no knowledge on heart diseases and calls himself a cardiologist.

I dont know regarding treatment, but the doctor wrote tests like ECG, X ray, 3D Eco and blood tests. Just by taking ECG we can say.. but he written all the tests. I liked in this hospital is, all the tests have been done with in span of 30 min very fast.

Avoid this hospital. Staff behaves rudely and doesn't know basic manners. Two lady staff were continuously bickering and quarelling about some petty personal issues leaving the patients waiting for tests on their own and when a patient approached them to stop quarelling and help him out with his tests, they acted rudely shouting on that patient. Too bad of a service. Try avoiding this place unless absolutely necessary.

Which is the worst hospital in Chirala..I didn't saw like this. recently he builds his own building.so he had more interest on money than patients..so please be aware.i recommended please go to Guntur for any heart and diabetes issues.
