Dr. Apollo Hospitals Visakhapatnam

The toilets are poorly maintained. The lobbies are dirty . The staff at the reception are not all courteous. There is lack coordination between the 2D Echo staff and the the receptionist who receives the reports and hand it over to the patients. My 2D echo report took 2 hours to reach the reports desk . And I have to run around from desk to desk and I had to shout at staff to find out my reports . Finally one person named Anand Mohan came and gave me my report . This person may be a floor supervisor. He is missing right from the morning. Finally I have to see the Doctor at 3.30 pm without Lunch. I have been a regular visitor to Apollo since it started Ramanagar Vizag till to date. I had undergone angioplasty in your hospital in the year 2019. For the first time I felt like I am in the typical govt hospital.It was a bitter experience for me on that day on 14 th . I have very high regard for Apollo , and I keep referring to my relatives and friends. I am like an unofficial brand ambassador for Appollo. Unless some drastic steps are taken thing will not improve at Appollo ariliova Vizag. I am a Retd Superintending engineer from Govt of Andhra Pradesh . And I reside at Srikakulalm. Every time I visit Apollo travelling 100 km from Srikakulalm, though we have big corporate hospitals like KIMS, Medicover and GEMS.

I will begin with Dr CH N Naidu Urologist is a gem of a person with no nonsense attitude, straightforward and very genuine most recommend.His diagnosis is top notch. Next is Dr Chandrasekhar Jenjeti General Physician is the best in his field definitely recommend. He treated my father very good and he is recovering fast. Next is sister Manju at 1st floor she is very proactive and empathetic. She is very diligent in delivering her duties and Quick response to any requirements . Apollo management if you are reading this she deserves a raise, very hardworking person. Treatment is good , duty doctors and nurses were available round the clock . Maintenance is also good and washrooms are maintained well , food for patients is okay and for people accompanying patients can order food to the room or eat at canteen at ground floor, prices of food is decent. Few points on the downside 1.Prices are on a bit premium side. 2.The rooms are good but given the cost it could be maintained more better bcoz remaining areas are maintained top class. 3. We had to wait for 5 hours to get the bed for admission into hospital. This should be better handled.

Dr. Sridevi mam is one of the friendliest and most compassionate doctors I've ever met. She made me feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire visit. She listened carefully to my concerns, answered all my questions with patience, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Her warm and approachable nature instantly put me at ease, and it's clear that she truly cares about her patients. Thank you so much mam.

I have been regularly visiting this hospital and I am extremely happy with the service provided. The staff is always courteous, professional, and attentive. The doctors are experienced and take the time to explain everything clearly. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. I truly appreciate the consistent care and high standards. Highly recommended!

I'm extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards at this hospital, especially regarding the caregiver accommodations. The caregiver beds were infested with bed bugs, and the area was not properly sanitized. This not only made it extremely difficult to rest, but it also triggered my allergies, causing further discomfort during an already stressful time. For a healthcare facility, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Caregivers are there to support patients and should not have to suffer due to unsanitary conditions and poor maintenance. I sincerely hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements in cleanliness, pest control, and overall hygiene protocols.

Very disappointed with the experience. We booked an appointment well in advance, but upon arrival, we were informed that the doctor was not available. The hospital management failed to inform us ahead of time, causing unnecessary inconvenience and wasting our time. Such lack of communication and poor scheduling is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their coordination in the future

I consulted Dr. Vidhya, a gynecologist, for my mother's gynecological surgery. The experience was positive, as they took proper pre-surgery measures, ensuring a seamless procedure with minimal pain. It's been a week, and my mother has recovered well

Every staff Received good. Treatment is very well. Doctor suggestions, Patient treatment so nice. I like see to me that is not hospital. Its like second home. All are carring very well in family members. So Apollo Hospital staff is best.
