The medical treatment here was good, and I appreciate the doctors for that. What bothered me the most was the way patients were being sent in. Instead of following a proper number or token system, the nurse allowed patients with influence or personal recommendations to go ahead, ignoring those who had been waiting patiently. I expected better from a private hospital, but this felt more like a mismanaged government setup. A hospital should treat all patients fairly, regardless of their connections. Really hope the management takes steps to fix this.

I visited the ENT doctor last week and had a good experience--the doctor was very professional and helpful. However, I had an issue with the hospital's medical store. They gave medicines that did not match the doctor's prescription--only the composition was similar. They billed it as if they provided the exact prescribed medicines. Due to an emergency, I couldn't check at the time, so I advise others to double-check before purchasing from the store.

Good hospital facility, friendly and family nature of staffs. Medicine work's excellent. Madams (satyavati and revathi) treats immediately and provide surgical support. Special thanks to children care doctor nagendra sir, provided nice children care and advices for baby care. Medical staff's provided immediate medicine with good nature. Neat and cleaned AC rooms facility with 24 hour's nurses care. Thank you all .

Both Satyavathi madam and Naga lakshmi madam are very friendly, cool and supportive. Helped me and tried in every possible way for normal delivery.The nursing staff are also caring, good and supportive.It is one of the good hospitals in Anakapalli. But the waiting time is too long sometimes eventhough we take appointment earlier. Thank you

Treatment was very good . But I had a doctor's appointment where I was just 10 -15 minutes late. I even called ahead and informed them that I would be 10 to 15 minutes late, but despite this, I wasn't allowed to see the doctor. They gave me the last number in the queue, which was 24, whereas I was originally number 6. However, they are still considering and allowing recommendations. In my experience, I've never seen anything like this in other hospitals.
