Arco Medicate is one of the most well-known private medical centers, and the doctors are indeed doing a commendable job. However, the center is currently facing serious issues that affect patient care. Many essential medicines are frequently unavailable, and in some cases, expired medications are still on the shelves. The supporting staff lacks professionalism, which further impacts the overall service quality. Additionally, important diagnostic tests like USG are only available on Sundays, causing inconvenience to many patients. This center has great potential, but urgent improvements are needed in basic facilities, staff training, and medicine availability.

I'm disappointed with the service provided by Arco Health Care. Patients are not given the attention or care they deserve. Despite repeated attempts to get help or information, the staff tends to ignore or delay responses, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Timely care and communication are critical, and unfortunately, that seems to be lacking here. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their service standards soon.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. The way they spoke was rude and completely unacceptable. I expected at least basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was missing. I do not recommend this place based and now i dnt trust what they did

Staff is very rude specially the ones who take appointments for respective doctors. Sometimes doctors don't come on the day, they are supposed to come and nobody informs the patients about it. Sometimes they take the card for the evening visit in the morning itself, sometimes they ask to come early in the evening as it is "First come, first serve". There is no system in place. The health care system is rotten to the core in Sopore.

Only hospital in Kashmir with bad staff and bad rules . They don't evan understand the emergency of the critical patient . They don't have MANERNRS how to talk with patient or with attendent

Worst Medicate In Sopore Ever.. They Even Don't Answer Phone Calls,I made 100 Calls They Never Responded.. One Word For Arco Heathcare " NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTE"

Worst staff worst receptionist , don't know how to talk , Take appointments of privileged early and common man suffers.
