I am writing this review before meeting the Doctor. I am going to write about appointment policy the Kalindi centre follows. I booked an appointment online for my mother and the appointment time was 9pm. When I reached the centre they told me that they will call the patients who booked offline and in between they can take a patient booked online. So my point is what's the point of taking an online booking if you can't coordinate with the centre? The bookings should be done either online or offline. A mixed booking system is definitely not working.
