My whole family has trusted the doctors at this hospital for many years and continues to do so.humble doctors as always However, the behaviour of front desk staff especially lady at the counter has been consistently disappointing. They are often rude, unapproachable, and unwilling to provide clear information. It's unfortunate that such good medical care is overshadowed by the poor attitude of the support staff. It really affects the overall experience. Hope we get to see changes in the future.

My brother was going through burning sensations and pain in the stomach from the past few days. We have visited Sai Hospital for his treatment. After diagnosis we came to know he was having ulcer due to which the pain was increasing day by day. He was admitted in Sai Hospital and went through a thorough treatment under Dr. Narayan Agarwal sir. Today, we are taking him back home. He's fine now. Thanks to Dr. Narayan Agarwal.

Last Thursday I visit hospita for my wife which was my first visit in hospital Dr Anjana Agrawal she give some test fory wife which cost 6k and yestarday we have done test and today we went to show report to dr and staff is asking againg registration money to show report to doctor with rude behaviour and we deney to pay money than they don't allow to met with doctor and we came back to home without showing report to doctor this is my worst experience in life ..so this is my first and last visit in hospital .so whoever is visiting hospita be very careful and I suggest to visit other hospita which give you better experience and satisfaction in visiting hospital ...please I request you every one and save your time and money .....this hospital is made to earn money not yo serve public health .....I am very very dis harten with hospital magement ...

The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort. The technicians and nurses were kind and explained everything in a calm and friendly manner, making me feel completely at ease. I also appreciated how timely everything was--there was minimal waiting, and I received my reports faster than expected.

It was bad experience with the receptionist staff n doctor it is my first n last visit over there. They doesn't listen or see patient's problem the only they can see is that money.....

Everything good . The doctors and the management of sai hospital Siliguri and the hospital are also good .The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort. The technicians and nurses were kind and explained everything in a calm and friendly manner, making me feel completely at ease.

Doctor Agarwal provides very good quality treatment, he is very skilled in his work. Even if you spend a little money, you will not be disappointed. But if your patient is admitted, then when you are with the patient in room, take a look at your belongings.

Went for an endoscopy today. I was sedated and completely passed out -- didn't even realize when they finished the test. Got the report instantly and went home. 5 stars
