Overall, the hospital maintains a commendable standard--calm, efficient, and marked by courteous service. However, a recurring point of contention among patients, often voiced in hushed yet unanimous agreement, concerns the elusive nature of the OPD doctor. Despite multiple inquiries spanning Friday through Tuesday, the doctor remained conspicuously absent--a situation particularly taxing for patients traveling from remote areas. While it's understandable that the doctor may have commitments elsewhere, a more consistent presence would greatly benefit patient care and institutional credibility. One hopes this vanishing act is addressed with due seriousness. Thank you.

The treatment was all good but the staff of reception and the office have no work ethics and are up to no good. They should not be working there if they can't handle the pressure. They have no politeness and no clue as to what they are doing. North bengal is a very reputed hospital and should not hire people like that, even if they do they should teach them how to respond over the phone and in person.
