Dr. Nivedita nursing Home

I had my ear operation 1 day ago that was under DR. Diwakar and his team before the operation they made me laugh ,tension. The Doc ,nurses n staff made feel like hospital was like a home ,their friendly nature Took my pain away. Nurses in SWD Jeine, Dipeeka, akansha, ongmu, Dihman, Ishant, adrash aparna they were compassionate amiable towards me n other patients.

I called (7aug ,25 at 3:25 pm ) to ask for dr availability to consult with physician And one of the receptionist pick up and didn't even help and she was rude and cut the call without any help , never visiting and not recommending to anyone

I got just admited In NNH to got my neck surgery.the opration was done well,all doctor is very profesnal good,there in doubt in that butthe manegment of the hospital is very poor,the type of charges,the facilities of the hospital are zero.the behaviour of the staff is absolutely bad.they do not know the importance of time and the family members who come do not even have a plave to sit, soi want to say that you people have opened the hopital,all doctors are good but the manegment is absolutely bad.people come for treatment after looking at the capability of the doctor,butyou peoplehave built a business, so i request the hospital manegment person to please ensure that he guides his staff and ensure that his beheviouris correct.

I recently visited CP sharma clinic it was worst experience In my life he denied to check up the patient he ask money to check i request to write medicine for two days he didn't even check a patient condition .. I just wanted to cancel his licence for whole life and entire hospital will be a responsible for all these

Huge business policy going on in this hospital, if you have money than they will treat you like a God, but if you dont have money than they will treat you like a street dog, In complusion if you admit your patient to this hospital, whether treatment do or not their only intention is to get money out of you, so please think once before going this hospital

I recently had a disappointing experience at Nivedita Nursing Home & Polyclinic Pvt Ltd. I went there seeking help and guidance, but I felt more like a customer in a business than a patient in need of care. From the beginning, there seemed to be a strong push toward expensive treatments and tests that did not feel necessary for my situation. While I understand that medical procedures can be costly, I was surprised by the frequency and urgency with which these recommendations were made, often without a clear explanation. It felt as though the focus was more on generating revenue than on genuinely assessing and addressing my health concerns. Healthcare should be centered on compassion, trust, and care. I hope Dr. C.P. Sharma at Nivedita Nursing Home & Polyclinic Pvt Ltd reconsiders this approach to make patients feel valued rather than pressured. I advise others to be cautious and to seek a second opinion if they are uncertain about the necessity of recommended treatments.

The service is pathetic the receptionist is very rude. Overall service is so much pathetic. I'm really deposited with this
