Dr. Mitra's Clinic & Nursing Home

Extremely worst management of this Mitra nursing home I have ever seen in my life. Very rare time their over phone booking system actually work for morning shift (8:30am - 09:00 am) OPD booking sector! They don't have any authentic and strictly maintained procedure for OPD patient's booking protocol and this reason all the glamour and good days have been left with time most probably. The most shocking part is they never like to accept any complaint regarding this and never feel sorry in reality for their mismanagement except covering their staff mistakes.God forbid this nursing home owners and management. Really the worst example of OPD booking section. They must close it. Hope other sections will be good enough! But I must say the best assets of this nursing home is the doctors only specially Dr.Sabyasachi Mukherjee . Hat's off to his polite behaviour and humble treatment. Rest conversation and reviews are pointless.

Worst hospital with the worst Doctors and staff who just runs after money . And the expenses are too high here. I would recommend people to go some other hospitals. Don't waste money and time over here.

My baby was born at 6 months,birth weight was 636grams...Dr Nitish Kumar was the only person who said "I will give my 100percent ".He kept his promise ...Dr Nitish Kumar is the best doctor(Paedtrician).My son is fine now...Thanxs a ton Dr Nitish kumar

Doctor are very polite and good my wife now very well... I suggest everyone there is one fast food centre on the front of mitra nursing name is Homesstyle fast food they cooked very testy and normal food....with hygienic

Poor rating for OPD receptionist behaviour

Expensive.Time management is poor.Online money Transaction is not accepted.Dealings are all done in cash.It is problematic because for patients coming from far flung areas,it is not safe to carry cash.All the type of medical facilities are not available here which should in case for a Siliguri metropolitan nursing home.Rather travel south then to prefer this nursing home.

Not satisfied with this clinic it's too expensive, Everything they take money even writing the prescription also, my review is that don't go this mitra's clinic i am sharing my own experience .

Mitra's clinic and nursing home offers top grade medical treatment and facilities. A well maintained nursing home with almost all services available. Infrastructure has been upgraded in the recent years and is still undergoing transition. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and skilled here.
