Pharmacy in the first place but the pharmacist was not interactive at all he didn't even bother to care he was busy on is mobile watching something secondly the lab technician girl was not helpful at all again I have came for my ultrasound they called me at 3pm and till 4pm she was not in the centre at all we all know how we are prepare before and ultra sound right. Empty stomach, Drinking water since morning and sitting there without peeing is not at all easy for patients. When asked in reception always saying ask in USG department simply their is lack of communication between the staff they are not at all following up with the patient we pay bills for our services not for their rude behaviour and attitude. Dr was polite and good but very disappointed with the staff services.

Me and my husband had a very good experience with the faculty and Dr. Debojit Sharkar (cardiologist). He is one of the most profound cardio in Siliguri, explained everything very well. Writing this review based on multiple visits because of the tests which went smoothly. Highly recommended!

I recently underwent tympanoplasty surgery with Dr. Diwaker Bista, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience! The clinic staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and caring, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Bista was exceptional - his expertise, kindness, and patience made a huge difference. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided excellent care. His dedication to his patients is truly commendable. The surgery was a success, and I'm thrilled with the results. I'm so grateful for Dr. Bista's skill and compassion. I highly recommend him and the clinic to anyone seeking top-notch ENT care.

Worst experience ever, they charged a doctor booking fee in advance online payment and confirmed booking. Next day they said that doctor is changed the place of appoinment instead of hospital, I even request for a refund the doctor fees but they are said it is non refundable. Not recomended to visit there.

I am giving 5 stars for Dr Diwaker ( ENT specialist ) who did my chronic sinus endoscopic surgery last year November. I came here all the way from Hongkong and he did amazing job . Dr Diwaker Bista is well experienced in his job and easy to communicate, hope he will do better in future .

I had scheduled a medical appointment for 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, the appointment was delayed multiple times, causing significant inconvenience. Initially, I was informed that the doctor was in the operating theater (OT) and was asked to arrive at 4:00 PM instead. Upon arriving at 4:00 PM, I was told the doctor had not yet arrived and the appointment was further rescheduled to 5:00 PM. The inconsistent communication and lack of clarity regarding the doctor's availability have made it difficult to trust the provided explanations. This experience was highly frustrating, and I hope the clinic addresses such scheduling issues to improve patient care and transparency in the future.

The behaviour of the receptionist Mandira Das was very rude. He told a 55 year man to move aside from the reception. This incident happened on 2/5/25. This happened because he asked for the receipt of rupees 800 although he was standing behind the counter. Please tell the receptionist to improve her behaviour and behave properly with others.

Its a good hospital for treatment.. dr and staffs has well behaviour and also caring... I recommend this hospital for quality treatment
