Heritage Hospital, Siliguri My mother-in-law was admitted to Heritage Hospital, Siliguri, on 16.07.2025 in an emergency after being diagnosed with a fibroid and an ovarian cyst. The doctor advised immediate surgery to avoid any future complications. We consulted Dr. Kalyani Reddy, a truly wonderful doctor--positive, supportive, well-behaved, and very kind. She took complete care of my mother-in-law and successfully performed the surgery. We stayed at the hospital for three days. The nursing staff were very attentive, visiting the patient regularly and responding promptly. The housekeeping and cleaning staff also did their jobs diligently, maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. We are very happy with the overall service and experience at the hospital. I highly recommend Heritage Hospital to anyone seeking quality care. I'm glad to share that my mother-in-law is now doing well and has returned to her normal life.

Worse of the worse experience in terms of the way patients are handled. Timing of doctor. They called by 12:30 for endoscopy and my time came at 3pm that too on regular interventions. I was the first one to give the slip, but they have their own lobby. Extremely dissatisfied and i would say to people reading this review to check on other hospitals.

Went to Heritage Hospital with my parents and had a really good experience. The doctors provided good treatment, and the staff was kind and approachable. The whole place has a friendly environment, which really helps when you're already worried. I also noticed how well everything was coordinated really supportive management. Overall, I truly feel it's one of the best hospitals in Siliguri.
