1. Accuracy of Information: Frontline staff must provide clear and accurate information regarding the expected arrival time of doctors. Misinformation leads to unnecessary frustration for patients. 2. Inadequate Waiting Area: The clinic lacks ample seating for patients waiting inside. This is particularly difficult for elderly or unwell individuals who need a comfortable place to rest while waiting. 3. Excessive Waiting Times: Patients are often advised to wait for more than three hours before the doctor arrives. This is unreasonable and highlights the need for improved scheduling and communication. 4. Staff Conduct: Some staff members have displayed rude or unprofessional behavior. Respectful and courteous interaction is essential, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already be stressed or unwell.

I took my son for treatment of his broken head last week. They had done stitch and bandage. After treatment they charged Rs. 1700/- , which is okay. While I asked for bill, they only provided me a Money Receipt. But I asked them to provide an itemized bill, which they said is not possible. I told them the treatment expense is impossible at my office, but in absent of detailed bill, my office will reimburse. The receptionist remained silent and didn't listen to anything.

Here is my honest review/feedback for Dr. Nayak Nursing Home, which is located at Sevoke Road, Near Vishal Cinema Hall, 2nd Mile. A year back, my cousin sister's Gall Bladder Operation was done here so mainly we visited this Nursing Home for my Mother's Gall Bladder Operation based on my sister's recommendation on March second week 2020. As suggested, the service were prompt and we are forever grateful to Dr. A.K Nayak and the entire OT supporting staff members for their hardwork and professionalism. I would highly recommend this Nursing Home to any individual/family who is looking for recommendation for the best hospital in Siliguri for Stone/Gall bladder operation in Siliguri as the whole Operation process is transparent and one gets to see the LIVE VIDEO viewing option in the lobby area during the time of surgery. I am confident that any family members watching the video would be completely satisfied like our family to have faith in the whole process. It took approximately 1 hour to complete the Gall Bladder Operation. The surgery usually happens in the evening time after 6. The idea was to let the patient take good rest post surgery for long hours without any disturbance at night and continue with regular medicine and breakfast the next morning. The total package costed us around 43 Thousand Rupees for a 3 day stay in the Nursing Home which includes the OT charges and other miscellaneous. It is for a private room on the first floor with a sofa cum bed for the visitor and attached bathroom with AC and food. The Soups and Lunch provided to the patient were so simple and good. At the time of clearing the payment/discharge, they will also handover the pen drive which contains the 45 minutes (in our case ) of patient operation video. CONS and Genuine feedback to the Management : 1. Reception/Helpdesk : People who works on two different shifts ( Both day and night shift ) at the helpdesk as soon as you enter the hospital needs a lot of TRAINING and Customer handing skills before assigning them with respective jobs. Please understand that you are face of the clinic and "Eating food inside the desk" and "Chewing gum" continuously in front of so many families and visitors who have put their TRUST and money is totally absurd and nasty. It is not even close to being professional because it does not match with the name/class of the hospital at all !! So it's a sincere request to the owner or the top level management to kindly address this issue ASAP and maintain the standard of the nursing home. 2. Staffs outside First floor : It is a sincere request to the sisters and staffs who are placed on the first floor, especially in the evening shift not to talk loud and bang doors when any patient is shifted from OT and is still under anesthesia and oxygen and should not be disturbed at any cost. We had an ugly experience wherein the Nurses were too loud talking to each other and disturbing the patient right after the OT. My aunt requested the nurses politely twice not to create ruckus outside the room and talk in a low voice but they didn't bother and continued making more noise. My father then went and requested but it did not do any improvement. So finally seeing my mother in that situation, I had to unfortunately intervene and make them understand that it was not acceptable and hence they reduced the noise level.. 3. Doors making too loud noise : Again it would have been great if the management can replace the doors in all cabins immediately as it makes too much of noise every time when anyone enters or leaves the room. I am hopeful that the management would take these feedback seriously and make every visit a special one so that more and more people come to you. Rest, the doctors were excellent and so the supporting nurses. Thankyou for your hardwork and extra ordinary services.

Last week on 02/04/2025 my sister's cyst and appendix Operation was done here so mainly we visited this Nursing Home for my sister Operation based on many people recommendation for this nursing home that's is good recommendation . As suggested, the service were prompt and we are forever grateful to Dr. Rashmi Nayak Gynaecologist & Obstetrician Doctors and the entire OT supporting staff members for their hard work and professionalism. I would highly recommend this Nursing Home to any individual/family who is looking for budget and recommendation for the best hospital in Siliguri The surgery usually happens in the evening time after 6. My father had an head injury and was very serious, Deepawali time no doctor were there but Dr Nayak help us and tried his best help and treated my father and got well after one week.And truly I am saying that he is our family doctor since when this hospital was in other place in Siliguri.Sayed wooden hospital was that .Thanku to staff and all nurses for there support.

Would rate 5 stars just for Dr S Nayak. In terms of rating the staffs, majority of them are garbage. No experience and inhumane. Some of the nurses are too chatty and they don't seem to attend to the patients needs. Lastly no clue who owns this eerie pharmacy but do not buy anything from this pharmacy. They do not follow the prescription guidelines and seem to put incorrect dosage. Extremely unethical and they just try to rip you off your hard earned money. Pharmaceutical = MONEY . Period .

Nursing home is satisfactory but medicine store is worst even they can't allow to return or change the medicines once you buy so Please do not buy medicines, . Account section is also not good
