Dr. Basu's Clinic

One of the worst experience of my life. I was referred by another hospital to basu clinic during my addmission day they doesn't have bed so I have to wait for a long hours while my family was concerned and asked a staff( sister) about my shifting she told to asked the receptionist (she was very rude) receptionist told to asked nurse when I asked nurse she told me ki meri family na addmission fees submit nhi Kiya hoga that is the reason ki I have been waiting for long hours (gov employee my father, uncle ex army) both are with me that time when I told tham about this sister got irritated whenever we have queries just asked to receptionist she said. Every staff was rude. After shifting me to upper chamber nurses na kafi batimiji ki mera sath kyun ki jo mera purani report thi wo pesent ya unki family ko khud hi submit karna tha we don't know this becz baki hospital ma ya khud staff karta ha our kahi pa is related notice lagi nhi tha so when dai dede told me our ma submit karna gaya to sister chilana laga mujpa ki why me and my family didn't submit before. Best part was ki doctors(orthopedic)and ayas were good baki to sab business chalta ha just adding the extra numbers to your bill.

Basu Clinic is one of the oldest in Siliguri. Good facility is there. The behaviour of the staffs and the doctors were good.

All facilities are available but the USG department's service is poorly organised. There is only one bed and patients have to wait for a long period of time. The staff tells the patients to drink water and wait for their turn. Patients needs to wait for more than an hour even after telling the staff that they cannot hold the pressure any longer. The service is really slow.

I am incredibly grateful to Nisha Tiwari and Child specialist Doctor Mr Tiwari at Basu Clinic for their exceptional care during the delivery of our baby boy. Mr. And Mrs Tiwari both were not only highly skilled but also compassionate, explaining every step of the process and addressing all our concerns with patience. The nursing staff was attentive and supportive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They all were taking care of everything like checking health time to time, providing medicine on time. Thank you for making this a memorable and positive experience for our family! And special heartily thankful to Mrs and Mr. Dr Tiwari.

My father had a kidney stone of 5.4 mm and he went to Anandalok hospital and met urologist Dr. Biswajit Dutta, but he did not look at him well and asked for operation. Then my father went to Basu Clinic and met Dr. Shailja Gupta and he prescribed medicine. and stone has disappered in 20 days . Dr sailaja gupta has good and honest person.Thank You for healing my father .

I visited the facility today at around 11.30 PM for an acute pain in the chest. The attending doctor with the Reg: 12397 of AMC(Name - Raja Roy) has lost his faith on the medical services provided at Siliguri & Kolkata; asked me to consult at Bangalore/South India. Moreover, during an informal talks to calm down the patient he quoted 'Whats the point in getting married...?' after we shared with him that we are married and due to occupational hazard we need to stay at different locations. Pathetic service provided by the doctors and attending stuffs, please learn How to respect patients prior treating. And at last he suggested to go for an injection to suppress the gas pain. When we denied he is straightforward 'Whats the point in coming at emergency?' Seriously! The reason for Google Review: They dont have a Complaint Cell and asked me to share review over Google!
