Dr. Ridhi Healthcare Centre - Best Multispecialty Hospital in Siliguri

Very bad experience. My mom was diagnosed with Typhoid and they asked to get her admitted just for a day to monitor. Once admitted, they started doing tests for everything that they could think of. When asked for discharge on the 2nd day, they denied and showed me a report of a sugar test for which she had to stay for a longer period of time in the hospital. The funny thing is she had sugar all along and was under medication for the same for a long time. Also, she was admitted for Typhoid and not sugar. In addition, to take her sugar tablets I do not find sense in keeping her at the hospital because she can take the tablets at home. Also, they did ECG test and said that her heart has some major issue so she has to stay longer in the hospital, when asked about the report they don't show it to you. Finally, I insisted to discharge her and take her at my own risk. They were still hesitant to let her go. We discharged her with LAMA then opted for a second opinion for the issue with her heart, which I thought could be concerning . To our surprise, the second doctor said that there is no problem with her heart and is totally healthy. The folks at the hospital like everyone else here has said, they care only about money. There is no professionalism, no medical ethics and they will suck you dry and still will be reluctant to let you go. As a sincere suggestion, please take your patients somewhere else where there is a chance that the patient will get better at least for the amount of money you spend. Here the person accompanying or paying for the patient will also become a patient financially in just a matter of days.

Very poor in punctuality.Dr never in time of Ultrasound Dept....pateint made to wait for long hours.... Hospital lacks time discipline...

When my mom was serious after bone fracture .. Darjeeling government and medical College siliguri wasn't sure till operation.. they cancelled operation at the operation time .. so we went to this one and operation was successfully and completed in 2 days only

If u really care about your health and love ones health then please dont visit here worst doctors and worst service they only give u lots of tests and lots of medicines and then don't even want to talk properly .

My aunty was hospitalized for abdominal pain, they kept her for 3 days and did lots of unnecessary tests, which was not at all required. This was uncovered when we consult doctor from another hospital. Fun part : Ridhi health Centre, Doctor has prescribe to do CT scan for her brain as well on the third day before discharge, which we refused to do it. Had we did that test the bill would definitely cross 60 K. We have been fooled by this hospital (Ridhi Health Centre). on the day of discharge they handover a hefty bill of 40K plus, which was not at all acceptable but we had to pay it anyways. This msg is to spread awareness and to make people avoid visiting this kind of hospitals who takes advantage in the name of health care.

Worst Behaviour, of the female staff. There mentally is very worst, and cheep.Don't ever visit this hospital.

I was hospitalized for 9 days Therefore the few nurses ar too lazy and they angry with me for asking water again again that's their duty so they have to provide us and they charge us in rs. six figures of capital. From my experience don't visit this hospital
